First Sample Inspection
Every injection molding project requires a first article inspection before mass production begins. We also offer this service for CNC machining projects. The first article inspection includes a comprehensive examination of the parts, accompanied by photographic records.
Product Outbound Inspection Process
The factory inspection includes a dimensional report and a certificate of compliant packaging. Inspection reports are available upon request. A complete inspection report is also available upon request. This report will provide detailed information on the quantity, critical dimensions, depth, thickness, and other necessary items such as tolerances and threads. We ensure that all parts are properly packaged to prevent damage during transportation.
