Moldpartner was founded in 2006, ISO9001-2015 certified, the company mainly produces precision and high quality moulds and parts, the main business: plastic moulds, plastic product production, investment casting, metal product production, new product development. We have successfully delivered more than 5000 projects to our customers worldwide.
We have more than 140 employees, including 15 design engineers, 6 project engineers, 5 quality personnel, some of whom have more than 20 years of experience in the industry. The machining centre equipment includes high speed CNC, mirror spark machine, slow walking wire, three-dimensional inspection and other high-end equipments; the plastic injection department has electric precision injection moulding machine, the largest injection moulding machine is 1200 tons.
The company has a mould production capacity of more than 350 sets/year, the maximum production of 20 tons of heavy moulds, the size of 2000 * 1400 * 1400mm, mould tolerance 0.01, plastic product tolerance 0.015, investment casting capacity of more than 100 tons per month. At present, the company’s main business divisions are in North America and Europe, and close to 90% of the products are exported to these regions.
