Moldpartner was founded in 2006, ISO9001-2015 certified, and the company mainly produces precision and high quality moulds and parts. The main business is plastic moulds, plastic product production, investment casting, metal product production, and new product development. We have successfully delivered more than 5000 projects to our customers worldwide.
We have more than 140 employees, including 15 design engineers, 6 project engineers, and 5 quality personnel, many with more than 20 years of industry experience. The machining centre equipment includes high-speed CNC, mirror spark machine, slow walking wire, three-dimensional inspection, and other high-end equipment; the plastic injection department has an electric precision injection moulding machine, and the largest injection moulding machine is 1200 tons.
The company has a mould production capacity of more than 350 sets/year, a maximum production of 20 tons of heavy moulds, a size of 2000 * 1400 * 1400mm, a mould tolerance of 0.01, a plastic product tolerance of 0.015, and an investment casting capacity of more than 100 tons per month. At present, the company’s main business divisions are in North America and Europe, and close to 90% of the products are exported to these regions.
